Do I need to register?
No. The key is the account: it is made in one click, with no email and no password. To sign in on another device, just paste it.
Why does a new key not work right away?
The first thirty minutes are time to pay. Access appears as soon as the key is paid for; if it is not, the key is deleted and a new one is free.
What if I lose my key?
It cannot be restored: we hold nothing that ties the key to you. The paid term goes with it, so keep it somewhere safe.
Do you keep where I go?
No. We know four things about a key: the key itself, when it was made, what day it works until and whether it is switched off. Where you go, how much you pull and when you connect — we do not know.
Which app do I need?
For now Karing, a free client for iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux. The connect page shows how to install and set it up, step by step.
How do I extend access?
Pay again. The days go onto the term of the same key — nothing needs setting up again in the app.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. The terms and the procedure are in the public offer. You name the payment yourself when you ask: we do not keep who paid for which key.
Will there be more locations?
Yes. There is one now, more are coming. They appear in the subscription by themselves — the app picks them up without you.
Will you have your own app?
Yes, it is planned. Karing will stay as a fallback, so what you set up now will not go to waste.
