3.1This document is a public offer, that is, a proposal to conclude an agreement on the terms set out below.
3.2The agreement is concluded at the moment of payment. Payment means acceptance of every clause without exception.
3.3The service rules and the privacy policy supplement this offer and form part of it.
3.4If even one clause does not suit you, do not pay.
04
Terms used
4.1Service means the AORANet software and technical system for a protected network connection through available servers.
4.2Key means a long random string that serves both as the account and as the means of access.
4.3Subscription means the paid period during which the key grants access to the service.
04
Terms used
4.4Profile means the website section showing the key state, the expiry date and the subscription link.
4.5User means the person who created a key or paid for a subscription.
05
What is sold
5.1The product is a digital subscription to the AORANet service. There is no physical product and no delivery is performed.
5.2Country of the seller: Russian Federation.
5.3The subscription grants access to the service functions for the paid period: profile login, the subscription link and the use of available servers.
05
What is sold
5.4The service is intended for lawful protection of the user network connection.
5.5The service is not intended for unlawful actions, infringement of third-party rights or access to resources whose use is prohibited by applicable law.
06
What access consists of
6.1The connection is established over the Hysteria2 protocol — a technical format of communication between the user device and the server.
6.2The connection is made through a third-party client application that the user installs independently. The seller does not develop such applications.
06
What access consists of
6.3The subscription link contains the list of available servers and updates automatically.
6.4The set of functions and the list of servers may change for stability, security and technical development while preserving the main purpose of the paid subscription.
07
Plans and term
7.1Current plans, prices and the access term are shown on the payment page before payment. Prices are stated in roubles.
7.2Payment adds days to the key term. If the term has not expired, the days are added to the expiry date; if it has expired, counting starts from the day of payment.
07
Plans and term
7.3The seller may change plans for future purchases. An already paid term remains under the terms that applied at the moment of payment.
7.4When the term ends, access stops. The subscription does not renew by itself unless the payment page says otherwise.
08
The trial thirty minutes
8.1A new key is created free of charge and lives for thirty minutes.
8.2This time is given for payment. An unpaid key grants no access to the service.
8.3An unpaid key is deleted.
8.4Creating a key is not an agreement and requires no payment: the agreement arises at the moment of payment.
09
How to pay
9.1Payment is made by bank card or by other methods shown on the payment page.
9.2Card data is entered on a protected page of the bank or the provider. The website neither receives nor stores the card number, its expiry date or the CVC/CVV code.
09
How to pay
9.3The subscription is activated after the payment is confirmed by the bank or the provider.
9.4If the days were not added automatically, contact support and state the key, the date, the amount and the transaction number.
10
After payment
10.1Access is provided electronically: days are added to the key and it starts working.
10.2This usually happens automatically within a few minutes of payment confirmation.
10.3The subscription link from the profile is used to connect.
10.4Access is provided to users for whom use of the service is not prohibited by the law of their country of residence.
10.5No physical export of goods is performed.
11
Refund: terms
11.1The user may cancel the subscription and request a refund.
11.2If no more than twenty-four hours have passed since payment, the refund is made in full.
11.3Otherwise the cost of the unused days is refunded: the price of one day multiplied by the number of days remaining until the end of the term at the moment of the request.
11
Refund: terms
11.4If the key is disabled for a breach of section 14, no refund is made.
11.5This section does not limit consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of law.
12
Refund: how to request
12.1The request must state the key, the payment date, the amount and the transaction number.
12.2The payer identifies the payment: the seller does not store the link between a payment and a key, so without this data the payment cannot be found.
12
Refund: how to request
12.3The refund is made by the same method used for payment. The crediting period depends on the payer bank.
12.4After a refund the paid days are removed from the key.
13
Lawful use
13.1The user undertakes to use the service lawfully only.
13.2The user is solely responsible for compliance with the law of the country of residence and of the country from which the service is used.
13.3Responsibility for what passes through the connection lies with the user.
13.4The seller does not control the content of the traffic and has no technical means of inspecting it.
14
What is prohibited
14.1Spam and bulk mailings.
14.2Unauthorized access to information systems, password guessing, scanning of third-party networks.
14.3Denial-of-service attacks and any mass traffic directed at causing harm.
14
What is prohibited
14.4Phishing, fraud, theft of other people credentials and distribution of malware.
14.5Infringement of intellectual property rights.
14.6Distribution of materials prohibited by law, including materials depicting violence against children.
15
Consequences of a breach
15.1On signs of abuse, a security threat or a breach of this agreement the seller may restrict or terminate access.
15.2Disabling for a breach is done without a refund.
15.3A key disabled for a breach is not restored.
16
The key and responsibility
16.1The key is kept by the user. The seller holds nothing that would identify its owner.
16.2The key is not recoverable. Losing it means losing access and the paid term.
16.3The user is responsible for keeping the key safe.
16
The key and responsibility
16.4Transferring the key to third parties is not allowed.
16.5If the key is suspected of having become known to others, contact support.
17
Security
17.1The website works over HTTPS.
17.2Payment data is transferred through protected channels on the side of the bank or the provider and does not reach the seller in open form.
17.3The connection between the user device and the server is encrypted.
17.4The user should use current application versions and not install software from untrusted sources.
18
Personal data
18.1The service does not ask for a name, an e-mail, a phone number or a password. The key serves as the account.
18.2Only what is needed for operation is stored: the key itself, the creation date, the expiry date and the disabled flag.
18.3The user address is used at the moment the key is checked on connection and is not written down anywhere.
18
Personal data
18.4The history of visited resources is neither collected nor stored.
18.5Data is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. Details are in the privacy policy.
19
Rights to the service
19.1Exclusive rights to the website, the interface, the texts, the images and the software components belong to their respective owners.
19.2The user receives only a limited right to use the service within the paid subscription.
19
Rights to the service
19.3Copying, modifying, distributing, selling and renting the software components beyond the granted rights is not allowed.
19.4Reselling access without the written consent of the seller is not allowed.
20
What is not guaranteed
20.1A particular connection speed: it depends on the user network, the distance to the server and the current load.
20.2Permanent availability of a particular location: a server may drop out, and then the subscription simply gives the rest.
20.3That the connection will pass through networks where such connections are deliberately broken.
20.4The operation of the third-party client application chosen by the user.
21
Liability
21.1The seller is liable within the limits established by law and by this agreement.
21.2The seller is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers, telecom operators, the bank, the payment provider, the settings of the user device or malware on it.
21
Liability
21.3The seller is not liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
21.4The user is liable for the lawfulness of the use of the service and for keeping the key safe.
22
Support and changes
22.1Requests are reviewed within a reasonable period considering workload and technical complexity.
22.2The seller may amend this offer. Amendments apply to purchases and use after publication, unless the law requires otherwise.
22
Support and changes
22.3If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
22.4The current edition is published on the website.
